What Sleepycamp is

Sleepycamp is a bedtime game. You set a bedtime and a wake time once. Every night you leave your phone alone between them, a new object is built in your camp by morning. It does not block apps or track sleep; it just notices whether the phone stayed down, and gives you the benefit of the doubt when it cannot tell.

Contact us

Email contact@westflame.co.uk. Include the nickname on your account and, for billing questions, whether you subscribed on iPhone or Android. Please do not send screenshots of receipts with card details on them; we do not need them.

Cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, so cancelling happens on your device, not in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

• iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Sleepycamp → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sleepycamp → Cancel subscription.

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. If you are in a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.

Refunds

Ask within 7 days of a charge and we will refund you. On Android, email us and we issue it. On iPhone, Apple handles refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Sleepycamp charge. If Apple says no, email us and we will sort it out.

Restore purchases

New phone, or the app thinks you are not subscribed? Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before, then go to Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Your camp comes back with your account.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes your account, nickname, camp and night history from our systems. It does not cancel a subscription, so cancel first if you have one. If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you.

A night was judged wrong

Tell us the date and what happened. We can look at the reason category recorded for that night. We never see what you did on your phone, only whether it stayed locked, so be specific about calls, alarms or music, which should never count against you.
